FinancePulse offers a customer-friendly refund policy. This page is the full statement.
1. The basics
- Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Email support@financepulse.app with your order email + a one-line reason and we’ll process it.
- After 7 days, no refund. The PDF has been delivered and consumed; the value has been extracted.
- Synthesis failure → automatic refund. If our pipeline fails to produce a deliverable report after retries, you’re refunded automatically with an apology email. No action required from you.
- Catastrophic data-source failure → manual refund. If multiple core feeds are unavailable at the time of your order and the report cannot meet our quality bar, we issue a manual refund.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@financepulse.app from the same address you ordered from.
- Include your order email + the report you ordered (Signal Report / Watchlist Pulse / Sector Snapshot).
- One line on what didn’t meet expectations is appreciated but not required within the 7-day window.
3. Processing timeline
Refunds are processed within one (1) business day of request. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Subscription products (when launched)
Once Phase 2 SaaS tiers launch (Watchlist $39/mo, Pro $99/mo, Institutional $499/mo), the refund policy will be: full refund within the first 7 days of any new subscription; subsequent monthly billings are not refundable. Cancel any time to stop further charges. This page will be updated when subscriptions launch.
5. Statement descriptor
For your records, your statement reads AIBUILDWRIGHT*FINPULSE. FinancePulse is operated by Northvane LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
