These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FinancePulse, operated by Northvane LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Northvane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the FinancePulse website at financepulse.app or purchasing any FinancePulse product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FinancePulse provides on-demand and (in future releases) subscription-based information aggregation reports across publicly available financial data sources. We are an information aggregation platform - not a registered investment advisor. Reports describe what the data says; they do not recommend any particular action.
2. Not Investment Advice
Information delivered through FinancePulse, including all reports, signal observations, dashboards, and data feeds, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your statement will read AIBUILDWRIGHT*FINPULSE. You receive a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, no questions asked. After seven days, no refunds are issued (the PDF has been delivered). If our synthesis pipeline fails after retries, you are auto-refunded.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish FinancePulse reports without written permission.
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond what is offered through public interfaces.
- Misrepresent FinancePulse output as advice from any other party.
5. Intellectual Property
All FinancePulse content, including report formats, signal definitions, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Northvane LLC. Underlying data sources retain their own respective rights and we credit them by name in every report.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
FinancePulse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that data will be uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors. Markets are unpredictable and historical patterns do not guarantee future results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northvane LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FinancePulse. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and on the website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
